Used them for a driveway install last summer and now I cannot even get them on the phone or to respond to emails for quoting on a new project. I’d be furious if I owned this place given the incredible lack of communication.

Office staff has always been nice to speak with. Little over a month ago, they came out to seal my driveway. I did all of the edging So that I could get a better seal on the ends. What Americoat had done, it started pealing within the next day. They came out a few weeks later to do a patchwork. What they did not repair, was still pealing. It appears they had used a watered-down seal. After several calls, they were going to come out and fix to my satisfaction. A person in the office, looked at my pictures and stated they would issue another coat. Even the workers that came out stated it should have another coat. I offered to pay a nominal amount because of all of my inconvenience to find interim parking for my vehicles. What they had patched covered most of the cracks but not all. The portion they did not 2nd coat still has cracks and chips. So, if you want a watered-down black look, then this would be the place to go. However, if you want a nice thick coat to cover the spider web cracks, then you may want to look elsewhere.

We purchased a new home in Pickerington and the driveway had not been cared for in a long time. I started to look around for affordable asphalt companies and most reviews were not great. I do not want to replace the driveway this year, just a minor facelift. I saw an AmeriCoat Asphalt sign at a neighbors house and another asphalt company sign at another neighbors house. The difference was noticeable. I stopped and spoke with the owner of the home with the AmeriCoat Asphalt sign and nothing but positive comments from them about this company. So I called and scheduled their premium service which I felt was affordable. I was still nervous because some previous reviews were not positive. Well fast forward to now. Jordan and Jaylen arrived, explained the process and got started immediately. They were both professional, neat with my property and efficient. Looked as if they had been working together for years. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Jordan and Jaylen, AmeriCoat Asphalt to anyone for their services and I will be using them moving forward. Americoat did a wonderful reseal service for us. The young man who showed up promptly as agreed upon, paid close attention to detail and provided a wonderful, professional result. We are very pleased with his results and the way he went about doing his service for us. A great representative for Americoat.
