These shoes are advertised as comfortable. I wore them for one, twelve hour shift. My feet were in so much pain after. They claim to have a 30 day return policy, but only for unworn shoes. How are you supposed to know if a shoe is comfortable if you’re not able to wear them? They refused to exchange them, even for a cheaper shoe. I would stay far away from these!
Response from owner- That would be great, unfortunately my shoes were sent back WITHOUT the insole. I really wish I did y research before purchasing. My experience is shared with multiple unhappy customers.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE shoes. My mother called me half way through her shift. She begged me to bring her a different pair of shoes because her new Calzuro shoes were killing her feet! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES AND THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY IS FOR THE BIRDS!

I purchased with high expectations but after trying on, I could tell they were not going to work for me. I returned for a refund and the shoes were sent back saying they had signs of wear when all I did was try them on and take a few steps inside. Be wary purchasing unless you already know your size and that they’ll be perfect because otherwise it’s a waste of money

Absolute worst experience with this company. Unfortunately the shoes did not work for me I literally had to walk out of the hospital barefoot. When I contacted them they said they did not care and I was completely on my own and they would not take the shoes back. They are in brand new condition. It’s unfortunate they care more about a profit then their customers.

This is the corporate office and a warehouse but you would never know that based off the friendly service I received. I purchased brand new bubblegum shoes and they threw in a reusable bag and inserts for free.

Ordered 2 pairs with different sizes online. I ended up exchanging one because I got the size wrong. The customer service was very responsive, flexible and resourceful. 5/5 for this amazing service and their patience with how I kept changing my delivery address (I was traveling for business at that point).

I bought these shoes after hearing a bunch of people talk about how comfortable they were and light. I have the same pair of Danskos for over 10 years and wanted to try something different since sneakers were not lasting. I work 10 hour shifts in the hospital so I need comfortable shoes. I bought a pair and tried them one and my feet hurt so bad! I’m not sure if it’s the arch or the grooves in the sole but I couldn’t tolerate it. I tried to return them within 3-5 days of receiving and I was charged a 50% restocking fee. Ultimately they settled on sending the uncomfortable shoes back after I contacted them and said if I knew I would only receive $65 from a $130 purchase I would have resold or gifted them. There was no offer to help remedy the problem, at all. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company especially based on their customer service and especially based on how my feet felt.

Went to the factory to get them in Plain City, they were very helpful and let me try multiple pairs and sizes. I was worried these wouldn’t work for me due to my recent ankle surgery, but I have had zero pain. I was wearing expensive tennis shoes and my feet were killing me, and now I feel no pain. I am using the insoles and straps. They are awesome with these additions!

Best shoes I’ve ever worn! So much more fashionable than other clogs I’ve owned, these are so sleek! I bought the insoles with it for added support during work, but they only fit if you size up unfortunately. Easy to clean, easy to wear, just the best. Receiving daily complements!

I ordered Calzuro Classics Without Holes for my daughter, who was going to be home for Christmas. I ordered them in early December and they were shipped immediately, but as was true for many packages and mail in December they did not arrive by Christmas. They still had not arrived by mid January, so deciding they must be lost in USPS purgatory, I called the company. They immediately sent out a new pair - this time shipped directly to my daughter so that I would not have to then send them to her when they arrived. She received them the next day! She loved them and was so excited to get them! I cannot say enough about how kind, understanding and helpful they were. The produce a quality shoe with awesome customer service. I will definitely order from them again, and would highly recommend them anyone in the medical field (or not :))!

I bought my first pair of Calzuro clogs when I was a medical student in 1992 and have not found any other shoe that comes anywhere close to how comfortable and useful these shoes are. They have excellent arch support, they breath, and they are washable. Each pair has lasted me about 10 years with heavy use (I do not wear them outside the hospital).

My son found this site and l was so excited!! I've had a pair of Calzuro shoes since the 80's that l STILL wear. Years of comfort, and still in good condition. The whole ER department bought them in 1982 or 83. Best Investment l every made. If you're on your feet long hours, or walk a lot on your job...GET THESE SHOES!! Your whole body will love you for it.
