I love this bank. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Every time I go there, they remember me. It reminds me of the small town bank I used while growing up on the farm. Just nice people trying to help you with whatever is needed.

My first time ever going into a Chase branch and I was floored by the service I received from Erica and her team. I saved her card so I could write this review - she went above and beyond to help me with my request. She definitely is an excellent representative for Chase and made a wonderful impression on me. Walked into deposit cash and the lady there tried to scam me. I had counted the money about 10 times that night and came into deposit and she kept saying that it was $100 less. I was sure I counted it so I just asked for the envelop with money in it back and she magically pulled out the missing hundred insisting it was just a mistake on her part. This seems really shady, at the other branches they ask how much is in the envelop before hand so that there is no confusion, here she just took the money and started entering the money without even telling me how much she counted. There is a chance it was a mistake but even then, it is incompetance at best and fradulent at worst. Using a different branch from now on...

February - May 2025 - I popped in and everyone was very friendly, and noted how hurried I was. They got my document notarized and me on my way really quickly (under 10 minutes, middle of the day, it was not busy but still quick). So I came back in with a much bigger project for them, transferring a tricky retirement account over to a Chase traditional IRA. Michael Beachy is now my point person and did an excellent job seeing me through a very complex process with a lot of care, understanding, and attention. I am fully reinvested in a new IRA with my retirement account doing its thing. Michael is like a great neighbor that you are always happy to see. He told me that this branch has recently worked on becoming full service branch, and I have seen that first hand. The tellers handle transactions of all kinds, even rapidly notarizing another document I had right at the teller station. I note the date because it seems like a lot has changed recently. Because of the previous reviews I had avoided this branch, but earlier this year I needed something notarized quickly and really didn't have the time to drive all the way to another one. I have banked with Chase, starting in Chicago, for 20 years. Chase is a huge company and sometimes one branch is better than another. I have had a 5 star experience with them and recommend you give them a chance, they have been great for me.

Been with Chase for only a short time, but all the staff has been great with answering all my questions. My wife and I just opened a joint account and Michael was incredibly helpful with getting our money setup in a money market. He even gave me some deer jerky! Been in there half a dozen times in 6 months and have nothing but good things to say.

This branch lost 7 of our checks when we went in to deposit them and they have refused to take accountability for it. Steer clear of this branch.

ATM is always down. No bank tellers. Sorry excuse for a chase branch if you can even call it that.

Can only withdraw $4k. So I either have to drive somewhere else or come back another day to get the rest beyond that.

I was here with my wife today around 4:15pm to open a saving and checking account with Chase, there was only one lady, she didn’t talk to us and totally ignored our presence. She was rude, not a professional way to represent Chase.
