The tire department at the NW Columbus location need to be trained on properly installing lug nuts back on vehicles. They cross threaded one of the lug nuts onto my car so badly when removed it broke the stud in half. After returning to the store and them admitting fault I was then told I had to deal with it myself and was forced to waste more than half a day of my time dealing locating somewhere to repair it, taking it there, awaiting repairs for several hours and then paying out of pocket for the repairs. While I was eventually reimbursed for the repair there was zero further compensation for my lost time at work dealing with the damages caused by the tech in the tire department. Also, the tech I filed the claim with made it seem as though this was a regular issue they had to deal with claims on. Stay far away from any Costco tire center

Happy with the product, not happy with the service. We ordered the tires and they said they’d be in in 2 day, turned out to be 10 days. I called the say they were due to come in, waited on hold for 17 minutes, and they said they had left me a voicemail and it was my fault they didn’t get it scheduled for first thing in the morning, which is simply not true. The line both times I went in was over a 25 minute wait until I was seen. Seems to not be worth the time…

I called and was placed on hold which is fine, I just needed to know if they had the tires I needed before i scheduled an appointment. The call got disconnected so i called back, which immediately disconnected. I thought maybe my reception was bad so I called back again, then i heard them pick up and hang up on me. It's fine to leave me on hold so i can eventually get my answer, but come on dont hang up on me.

It's a good place just to buy tires at a good price. I just left there with 4 new tires. When they installed the new tires, they were supposed to balance each one. As a result, they didn't balance the tires. I left Costco and just entered the store. On the highway I felt the same vibration. I am right now in a place where they have just told me that the tires are not balanced. I will not change my tires at Costco Tire Center again, I will only return the day I need to buy them at a good price.

It is frustrating when trying to make an informed decision and the Costco associate working at the tire center declares: "I don't know; I just work at the front desk".Furthermore, it becomes infuriating when requesting to speak to someone who could assist... but get a response of eye-rolls and body language that suggests you asking too much.I've purchased 4 sets of tires from Costco from California to Ohio over the years and though this is the first negative experience, it was unpleasant enough that our next tire purchase will most likely be elsewhere.When sharing constructive criticism to the tire dept manager about the aforementioned associate, the associate continues with their eye-rolls and unprofessional demeanor behind the manager.I will say the manager was good at explaining, patient and did listen - however why does need to take so much effort just to get some solid answers?Costco needs to have people working the front tire desk trained to answer questions about what they're selling. If you're spending $1200 I think the buyer deserves helpful answers to insure their purchase is for their use case/concerns.

Store closes at 9pm. Arrived at 8:25pm and entrance was closed. Come on people. I pay for a membership and it doesn't take me 35 minutes to get a case of water and some detergent. UNACCEPTABLE

Whoever authorized the change to the smoothie they used to have, and allowed the mango one to replace it should be fired! EVERONE at the counter or at the return desk all said it was terrible and no one has said a good think about it.Change it back!!

Costco remains a leader among the bulk and big box stores. With each visit, I'm forever amazed by the orderliness of product lines. Costco takes great care to make the shopping experience as easy as possible and even with their attention to detail, aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle of goods is daunting. It's like being a kid and growing up with a wooded park next to your home. At first, the further you go the more anxious you become. In the end, you know every nook, cranny and hiding place. These days (2023) I would caution anyone from going at the Noon hour for this nearby Dublin location. SLAMMED! Every cashier line is open and the self-check out takes some pressure off. But it is a wait to get through it all. Selection - broad! Price - big box so always competitive. Cleanliness - guaranteed. Getting into and out of the Costco parking lot is taxing due to its location on a traffic circle. You get in but getting out? Another story. Costco is good. 4-stars and a cup of patience.

The optical department at this location is awesome! Thanks to Melissa, who fixed my sunglasses when I was told they could not be fixed. She helped me select new glasses and sunglasses. Appreciate all her help!

I recently visited Costco and I must say that my experience was exceptional. The facility was spotless, with everything neatly organized and easy to find. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the best deals on tech items.Speaking of deals, the selection of tech items available at Costco was simply incredible. From laptops and tablets to televisions and smartphones, the selection was vast and included some of the best brands on the market. And the prices were unbeatable - I couldn't believe the great deals I was able to score.The staff were knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They even offered some great recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.Overall, my visit to Costco was a five-star experience. The combination of a clean facility, helpful staff, and an extensive selection of great deals on tech items made for a truly outstanding shopping experience. If you're looking for a great deal on the latest tech gadgets, Costco should be your first stop - you won't be disappointed!

Today I went to get gas and after pumping my gas my car wouldn’t start. I was so embarrassed and didn’t know what to do. The employee working helped me pop my hood and quickly jumped my battery and had me on my way. I am so appreciative of him and his help.
