My husband and I have been bringing all of our personal and commercial vehicles in to ER. The team has been very honest and straightforward regarding the work needing completed. They always give us a detailed diagnostic report and allow us to pick and choose what services we deem necessary. Highly recommend!!

Start with everyone was very professional! Everyone i dealt with actually liked doing their job. ER saved me 400 dollars!! Also i asked “at the last minute” if they could put 4 tires on. They did it with no problem and i got a great price.i can assure anyone that reads this will have a perfect experience! ER will surely be my choice for future automobile issues! Oh 1 more very important thing they completed the work a day before i expected

We arrived in Ohio late Friday night, July 19th.My boyfriend and I were in Ohio to visit family and attend a celebration of life for his cousin. From the rear passenger side of our truck, there was a noise. Because of the sound, my boyfriend thought it was the bearings. We had gone to an auto place and they said it didn't sound like it was the bearri gs. It being the weekend our choices of places to go see about our vehicle were limited. We went to our dealership and we were out of warranty and would be charged 189.00 just to see what was the problem. We called around and everyone was booked. We woke up early, Wednesday and went to ER Auto. They were respectful, courteous and professional. They diagnosed the problem and it was not the bearrings...it was the powertrain..They informed us it was covered under warranty and advised us to take it to a dealership. We were able to get our truck fixed and was able to return to Texas safely. The honesty, kindness, professionalism,work ehtic, and product knowledge will never be forgotten.

Had a coupon in my mailbox for an oil change here, I called to make an appointment and they said bring it in anytime, no appointment needed, I was in the door and put in less than 30 minutes! Very professional and courteous!
