Plain city terminal is horrible. How can packages travel across country and when they get to Plain City Ohio they disappear? This is the 4th package in a row and they keep lying to me about it. This terminal. Reds investigated and I plan on getting the Attorney Generals office involved.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been trying to get over $5000 worth of products delivered for over a week now. Delivery drivers just too lazy to bring it inside polaris mall. Package still hasn’t been delivered.
