Walked around for 20 mins, not one person greeted us or asked if we need help. Two people sitting on the bench out side two behind the front counter. Walked by 3-4 more on the show room floor. Couple of them notice us and continued walking. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I’ll spend my money else where.By the way we are doing all new windows and siding.

Having shopped Lowes and Home Depot for 30 years, I don't know how this store operates. It seems like you need to order everything except for what's in stock in their tools and hardware section. I prefer going to my standby stores.

Great experience salesman was great and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Rehabbed an entire home with new baseboards, interior doors and trim all good couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Mike!

At Holmes Lumber THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. I had a very bad experience with Holmes Lumber. Jennifer Kohler forgot to order one of my doors for my job and delayed my project. When I asked her for an apology, she said it's the customer's responsibility to make sure all orders have been paid for so they can be ordered. She said it is not her job to follow up on outstanding orders. Even though she spoke to me twice following the door order since she felt she had no responsibility in forgetting to get payment for the door. The sales rep, Tim Debus, was slow to follow up with my contractor in discovering that this door had not been ordered.

Good source for in stock lumber but not good for much else anymore. Hasn’t been the same since Steve left. We don’t buy much from them anymore

I worked with Don Gibson at the Sunbury location and he was great. I was not sure what was the best option for deck material and he took the time to walk me though all their composite options and answered all my questions. When it came time to place my order he made sure the manufacturer had the material available as well as lead time prior to me placing my order. The delivery guys were on time and were very respectful of the material and my property. I highly recommend Holmes lumber and will be using them for my next project.

Had a great experience here ordering baseboards and door casings for our home. The lady we spoke with was fast and efficient, knew her products and seemed to know exactly what we needed to get the look we were going for. Cheaper than their competitor down the road and infinitely better service!

Poor customer service. Had to ask for help. Then find out that we couldn't even get a price for a window with out having to wait for someone to get back with us. Staff wasn't really motivated to make a sale. I would say it was not a good experience.
