When my 6 year old broke her leg one of the employees brought her a free personal funfetti cake from the bakery. My two kids ate it and claimed it was the best cake of their lives. Was a very kind gesture and this Kroger has been a nice addition to the community.

nice new store. some of the younger workers at self checkout are more interested in buying stuff from that I think pokemon? vending machine than to help.

Stacy in the bakery department went way above any of expectations with her art and care for excellence. Stacy took my request for a cake with a “boxing” theme to an exciting and unexpected level. My group of boxing fan friends were all very impressed when they saw the cake Stacy designed. Then they were even more impressed once they tasted it. Literally not a crumb left. GREAT job STACY!! Thank you from all of us

Good place to shop till you need customer service then you unfortunately are either ignored or treated less than human. When it comes down to customers satisfaction Kroger knows that your dissatisfaction will ultimately not hurt their pockets so they have no problem brushing you off. Another big corporation that has lost sight of the people that have made it what it is today.

Someone give Sunny a raise because she is exactly the sunshine personality (pun intended) that makes me want to frequent a business over and over! As a business owner myself, I know how impactful it is to have a team that is welcoming, goes above and beyond for customers, and knows how to make them feel good.
Embarrassed to admit that I saw the new Alani Nu Witch’s Brew seasonal flavor was on the Kroger app for my location (a 90’s kid that lived off those sour apple suckers with the caramel covering and these taste identical), so I booked it to the store to snag some. Long story short, I couldn’t find them and Sunny offered to check the back and gave an update when they would be expected to arrive. She has a personality and spark about her that truly makes me hope I see her when I come in again— that small town vibe feeling where you make connections with the staff and truly started my day off with such a big smile! I’ll be back to grab those Alanis soon :)

It was my first time visiting Kroger and was lost trying to find a product and one of your employees Angie saw that I was lost. she approached me with such bubbly personality and asked if she could help me find something. She was stocking shelves and stopped What she was doing and walked me accross the supermarket to help me find what I needed. Its employees like this that make this supermarket stand out.

Such a nice place. I was looking for something’s and I asked a worker named Angie to help. She stopped stocking and assisted me. She was very helpful.
