My wife and I are mid seventies. She has her quilting room downstairs and is an accomplished quilter. We got 3 estimates from the top stairlift companies that u might seen on tv. Felix from Mobility Works, come to our home. We were quite impressed with his knowledge. He is professional and friendly salesman and technician both at the same time. We ordered the heavy duty stairlift. In about 10 days the lift came in. Alex installed the lift and we had him install a hand railing in the shower and front steps in one day.We have the stairlift for about 2 weeks now and it is perfect. I highly recommend Mobility Works for all your disability needs.

My sister purchased a $2300 scooter from MobilityWorks. The scooter worked fine in the store but once it was home, nothing. I took it back & there was an internal issue with it. They ordered a brand new one for her & should arrive in 2 weeks. There was a wrong & they made it right. Rare these days. Thank you Alex & Justin.

It’s been 6 months since we purchased a van for my parents and it has changed our lives. It was money well spent. We can’t buy time but we can certainly buy things to help us do more with the time that we have. Our salesperson was Cindy and she was knowledgable & still continues to be attentive and accommodating. She quickly figured out what we needed and was great about making sure that we all understood how to operate everything. The store has everything, mechanics on site, the ability to view vans inside without being in the cold and chairs that allow you to see how one would fit if your loved one isn’t with you. Overall, it was and continues to be a great experience.

Highly recommend Mobility Works. The staff have been helpful, understanding of our needs and respectful of our time. If you have the chance to work with Cindy, you’ll be so glad you did. She sold us both of our Jeeps in the past and we were thrilled to find out she’s now at Mobility Works, when my husband had his accident. She came to our home on a Sunday to help me clean out the garage, to make it easier for him to go from his ramp to the van. She has really been such a blessing to our family. John in service is always great and Fahaad has been very helpful in coming up with ways to help make things easier at home. Getting around the house in a wheelchair is a big adjustment, especially for our walls (haha), and his dad was in a chair so he’s given us several useful tips. We were just in for service and they’ve made some improvements that are really helpful when you’re waiting. Overall, knowledgable, helpful, caring, patient and just great people to work with

Everyone I’ve dealt with seem to genuinely care about the customers. The gm Fahaad has come out and said “we need a different part than the one I ordered and I’m so sorry”. I appreciated the way he took ownership of an issue and got it resolved, instead of playing the “blame game” that seems so common when having to deal with management at an establishment. Every need and situation is so unique & customized but they figure out a way to make it happen. I’m very pleased with everyone I’ve dealt with

Friendly people. Sales needs more training on product. It scary when you ask them a question and they have to look up to learn with you. At least they are learning with you, but would like to see them be trained on product so you know what they are telling you, it accurate. They treated us good though. Worth the trip.

This place is amazing. I started from scratch not knowing anything about hand controls or where to go to have them installed. I became a below the knee amputee in July of this year. So with that being said I learned about Mobility Works through my physical therapist. I ended up getting in contact with Jennifer Hively with Mobility Works and she walked me through the whole process of getting my hand controls installed. Jennifer was and is very informative and helpful. She worked with me from the time I placed the order of my hand controls until I drove my vehicle out of the garage after they were installed. Their technicians got the controls installed in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone with a disability that is wishing to get back in the drivers seat again. Their staff is very friendly, professional and patient. I really got the feeling they cared about me and my needs versus just trying th get me out of there.
