Phoenix Bats is hands down awesome! Joel & his team were fantastic to work with throught our Team Order process from start to finish. The bats turned out awesome, they had a great turn around time and they really took care of us. We will be repeat customers as a Club and as individuals. I was very impressed with my experience from Phoenix Bats. I was looking to buy a ProXR bat on the website but I found out that some of the options I like to see in my bats were not available. That being a 34.5" bat with no cup. I called in to see if this was an option and had the pleasure of speaking with Christina. She was able to ask the designer if this was possible and called me back quickly with a response. Though I was not able to get the 34.5", I was able to order it with no cup. She was also able to help me with a discount code that I knew of but didn't know the exact code, saving me some money on my order. She treated me like a potential big leaguer that could have brought tremendous brand success instead of just another customer. Customer Service is very important to me and having previously ordered bats from the major brands, I can say this was the best customer support I have worked with!

I've ordered 3 bats from them and all three have been awesome. There was one missing the signature and I called them and they made it right. I would recommend them 5/5 and the bats have pop too.

We just bought our first youth bat and took it to the park to hit. My son loves the feel of the bat and was hitting great right away with it. We will be back to buy again!!
