I enjoyed my experience at Ace hardware. The person waiting on me. I believe his name was Joe. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me directly to the spot where my casters for my garden were found immediately. Thanks Joe and thanks, Ace hardware for a good experience.

The personnel here at PC Ace are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful & items are priced reasonably close to the "walk- forever with no help places." Here I have what I came for and I walk out with a smile. (You will too.)

Luckily I already knew exactly what I needed when I walked in so I didn't need help in that respect. The gentleman at checkout was very friendly and even gifted my 2 yr old daughter a free balloon. Made her whole day. Prices are just a bit higher than you'd find in the bigger box stores like Lowe's/home Depot but you're paying for the convenience of not having to drive that far and I'm okay with that.
