Brought in my Bronco for installation of some sliders, lighting and an air compressor. Stefan and his team did an awesome job, the wiring looks super clean and everything is flawless. Quick turnaround time for such a big job, too. Very happy with how it all turned out.

If you don't have a jeep or don't need Blue Ox parts, go somewhere else. Staff is uninformed about NSA products, a company who has been in business for 40 years. They didn't understand the surge brake of the tow bar and the breakaway cable I wanted installed. They did not treat a family member very well when they dropped off a part for me. In addition, I was over charged for their work. In the positive side, the front desk personnel were helpful.

I’ve had my jeep since 2005. 99 Tj. Nothing but problems since I’ve had it. I’ve gone to a couple places for issues before but never had good luck. I was to the point where I wanted to get rid of it bc I barely drove it. Read reviews on trail quest also their about page and decided to give them a try. It had a major overhauling to the tune of 7k. I got to drive it today in 30 degree weather bc it finally has heat!! Only my second time driving since I got it back. So far I’m very happy with how it drives. Road walked really bad, had a death wobble at one point. I’m very happy with our experience at Trail quest. Stefan communicated very well with my husband the entire time. Made suggestions and was very honest about what they could and couldn’t do. Also said it’s a good jeep still, well taken care of in general, which made me happy so that I could invest in making it more drivable. Pricing was clear before beginning service which was appreciated. Said if we have any issues to communicate that with them after driving her a bit. We will continue to do business with them.

The folks a Trail Quest came thru for me in a big way! They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and fit my Jeep in to get repaired!Communication was excellent! I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely love this shop. Was having issue with my Jeeps front end after another shop did a few upgrades. Over a year I had the Jeep to 4 other offroad shops, I was sold many parts and paid for 3 alignments but still had the same problem. I took my Jeep to Trail Quest and finally the issue was fixed after an alignment was does by someone that knew what they were doing. I have taken my Jeep back for several upgrades and have not experienced one issue. Stephan has been very helpful in getting me the build I want. I will not take my Jeep anywhere else. The absolute best customer service I have received at an auto shop. I wouldn’t even call these guys that, they’re a different league. My jeep was in a collision which isn’t something they normally deal with but I wanted them doing the suspension work. Stefan took many calls from me, met with my insurance adjuster and answered all of my questions along with squeezing my work in when they only had one tech working. Highest caliber professionalism and communication, take your jeep here.
