Great experience, fixed my front end death wobble, did a full assessment of the needs of my 2010 Jeep Wrangler sport that we tow behind our RV. The Jeep still needs some work but the work was prioritized and broken down to the most important needs first. They use only top notch components so you're going to pay for that but once it's done you shouldn't have to worry about it.

I recently purchased a 2016 JKU and had some super loose steering thanks to the previous owner (lifted 4”, on 33s).
I had Trail Quest inspect the Jeep & ended up needing a TON of different things, the Major ones being: I needed brackets welded in, new lower control arms for those brackets, Stock pitman arm, new headlights & harnesses, a custom drive-shaft and some track bar work.
My Jeep handles and rides like a whole new vehicle. Before, it was pulling every direction going down the road and jumping/skipping over bumps and un-even sections of the road. I had to constantly jiggle my steering wheel left and right just to jeep it straight. Now I'm able to cruise with one relaxed hand at 75+mph. My suspension actually absorbs the crappy sections of road instead of jumping and skipping over it.
The team at Trail quest is friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. Stefan knew exactly what i needed and got it done quick, he even SAVED me some money during the process. I highly recommend them for any of your mechanical needs!

BEST JEEP SHOP IN OHIO!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Stefan and his guys fixed an alignment problem in my Jeep, after I let a local Dodge, Chrysler, JEEP dealership work on my 2021 JEEP Rubicon. Local dealership had screwed up the alignment so bad that Jeep drove horribly. After giving the dealership 2 opportunities to fix it....realized quickly that I didnt want them touching anything on my Jeep anymore. Took my Jeep to Trail Quest and they quickly identified the problems and promptly fixed all the issues. Turn around time was only a couple hours and the Jeep drives like brand new again.
Trail Quest also had installed a lift kit and wheels/tires on my Rubicon about 4yrs prior to this visit. 4yrs later and everything they installed still works perfectly, rides amazing and looks good.
Trail Quest professionalism and service is top notch.

We struggled to find a shop that would work on our FJ Cruiser frame as it had a lot of rust damage and needed some repairs, being cutting out the old rust and welding on some new caps. Stefan took it on with no hesitation and knocked it out in no time. Greatly appreciate their service and speed!

Trail Quest saved my 2011 Jeep Sahara Wrangler! I was dealing with a dangerous death wobble and needed some serious work done underneath. I’d like to thank Trail Quest for making my trip to Moab possible. I got screwed over by a different shop on my front ARB Air Locker install and brought Stefan at Trail Quest a basket case Toyota clamshell ifs front diff. He didn’t bat an eye at the challenge and knocked it out in 3 days. I was floored with the turnaround time, especially after the first shop had it 3 weeks.

After a two year ordeal and thousands spent on failed repair attempts from other shops I had almost given up on my 97 TJ.. Then I found Trail Quest (wish I would have discovered this place at first). From my first call to picking the vehicle up the customer service was A+! They were transparent on cost and expectations and updated me along the way. Most importantly they are excellent at what they do and if you have a Jeep with an issue I'm confident they can solve and fix it. Happy to report my Jeep is back on the road and I'm beyond thrilled with this experience. Would recommend Stefan, his team, and this shop 10 out of 10 times!

These guys know more about jeeps than any other place I've been to. They completely redid the suspension and swapped the axles for my 1993 Cherokee when no other shop would even look at it. Amazing guys who really just want to help.

Brought in my Bronco for installation of some sliders, lighting and an air compressor. Stefan and his team did an awesome job, the wiring looks super clean and everything is flawless. Quick turnaround time for such a big job, too. Very happy with how it all turned out.

If you don't have a jeep or don't need Blue Ox parts, go somewhere else. Staff is uninformed about NSA products, a company who has been in business for 40 years. They didn't understand the surge brake of the tow bar and the breakaway cable I wanted installed. They did not treat a family member very well when they dropped off a part for me. In addition, I was over charged for their work. In the positive side, the front desk personnel were helpful.
