The whole team at True performance did a great job taking care of me after an unfortunate accident lead to the totaling of my M235i.Despite being unable to work with the shop and buy a new car in the meantime, Melinda and the rest of the team were very accommodating and helpful.

They did a great job coordinating with my insurance and rental car company. The job was pretty good, however, I got my car a few days ago and below are a few things I noticed. Like I said, they were still pretty good and are Mercedes certified. Super responsive and kind! Ron helped through the entire process and was great.Issues I found:Paint is not leveled and will peel in adverse weather. Body gsb on passenger side headlight is not level. Hood on passenger side not leveled with fender. Lower grill on passenger side not aligned with driver side. Front bumper cover not leveled with hood on passenger side.

Took our volvo in for an estimate. They took pictures of the car and answered several questions I had and were very professional. They said we would receive the estimate later that day. 4 days went by and didn't hear anything so I emailed and got no response. Ended up using another body shop.

Got rear ended recently and brought my car to true performance since they were recommended by my dealer. They did great work and the ladies at the front desk were great, especially Melinda. My wife’s due date was close to when they estimated completion and they worked to get the car ready before then so we’d have the car before the baby got here. Will absolutely bring my car here in the future if I ever need more work done.Services: Painting

I had just recently been in an accident where my new vehicle has been severely rear ended and eventually totaled. True Performance has made the entire process of my vehicle getting totaled, getting the ball rolling on getting a new one, etc way less stressful. They have been such a great help every step of the way! If you have a vehicle that needs body work or an estimate due to an accident I STRONGLY recommend coming here for it.

These folks are true professionals. I had the whole rear quarter of my 2019 XC60 smashed in after 8,000 miles, and they meticulously rebuilt the car (using genuine parts) over 2 months. I’m writing now because 40,000 miles later the car remains a high functioning vehicle with no hidden issues. Don’t hesitate to use these guys should you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance I did.

True Performance is gold standard of collision repair centers. True Performance repaired rear end damage after my Mercedes was in an accident last month. When the repairs were complete, it looked as good as (if not better than) the day I purchased it brand new. Truly exceptional. Just last week, another person hit my vehicle. At the accident scene, I told the police officer that I have a good collision repair place & without hesitation he said, “I hope it’s True Performance.” Knowing that True Performance will take exceptional care of my vehicle from start to finish, puts me at ease. I damaged my new Corvette. I was minor damage but required replacing one of the body panels. They did an amazing job and understood how important it was to me that the car was perfect. They exceeded my expectations. I am VERY fussy, but I could not find any signs the car had been repaired, it is perfect. Amazing shop if you love your car, this is the place to take it.

Quality results. Insurance company didn't want to pay, they aren't cheap. But worth it if you need the best quality. No issues, but took some time as things do these days.

Was referred to true Performance by my Mercedes Benz dealership the First Lady I talked to was very professional and insightful the gentleman I got off the phone with earlier today was out right rude and unprofessional in regards to taking my vehicle in for appraisal sad to say I wasted a month just in trying to get my car dropped off
