“We were recently broke down in Cambridge with some pretty major issues. We tried to get into multiple different mechanic shops which all told us it would take over 2 weeks to even get it in to look at. That’s when we called Clyde and told him our situation even though he also had been booked out 2 weeks himself. Within 30 minutes he had a plan that would get us into the shop the next day. He was completely transparent the entire time called me every night with updates. He even worked late on Valentine’s Day to assure we could make it back on the road before the weekend. “If you are local .... you know the hassle of trying to get your vehicle fixed at a dealership in the Cambridge ohio area.... I needed my Car repaired from an insurance claim and I found this mom n pop collision repair shop.... This is my first time experience with Parsons ... and this will definitely be my go-to for now on! F.y.i.. they are booked out longer than I wanted initally .. but at the same time .. I figured out why they are booked out months in advance be paitent and stay booked with them ... ..and its worth waiting for them to do repairs! You dont have to keep taking it back to be fixed correctly!in my experience... its a one -n-done situation... which is a relief compared to some of my experiences in the past .... LOTS of communication between them (parsons)and client(myself) ...on. discussing options on repairs that need to happen...which I personally needed this because Im always out of state working and they handled insurance claims appropriately as needed too also and kinda took charge of handling it all for me .. Theres no extra surprises or charges on your bill.. and they are up front with everything and theres no worrying . ? ? they definitely moved to my #1 go to for repairs.”
“Last night ran over a deer after a truck hit it and slid it into our lane and knocked the flex pipe off. No other shops were open within 30 miles and all were closed on Saturday. If you don't mind old school this is the place. He got us in immediately and was a very great price. We was in and out in 20 mins. Definitely refer Fred he was very polite too.”

“The salesman craig, was outstanding i really enjoyed dealing with him .... The finance officer on the other hand was less than a joy to deal with there were multiple times when I couldn't understand what he was directing me to do as far as signing papers with my fingers and as to where to specifically sign as the print was very small on top of that once I told him I declined the gap insurance he indicated that I was quote living on the edge I really did not enjoy being in the room with him ...... In my opinion they could do a lot better than this dude”

“Ken Stover (Red) is an angel and one of the kindest strangers I’ve ever run across. I had car problems on my way from Washington DC to Indianapolis, Indiana on a Saturday. While stranded at a gas station, I called him in a panic, several times, trying to secure a tow truck to take me to his shop. He patiently gave me several names, tried to fix my car at no charge, and waited with my 14-year-old dog and me 2.5 hours after closing so we would not be left in the over 90-degree heat while waiting for a tow truck to take me to the dealership over an hour away. The tow truck never came, and he called in a favor from a local tow truck driver and waited even longer, until someone he trusted rescued me. I am forever in his debt and recommend this company to everyone in need!”
“I have had a long 4 weeks without my vehicle. Browns got me right in. And worked fast on my vehicle. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. When my car stopped working 4 weeks ago my fuel level low was on. So it was a bummer I had to get gas right away after paying the transmission bill. But the gentleman gave me a gift card to speedway! There was one very close and I went there to get gas right away. Glad I choose them to help!”

“I was towed by Chris Conner tonight who is a consummate professional. It’s always an unnerving feeling, when your truck breaks down. Then, you have to wait for the tow truck to come and hope they know what they’re doing. The experience tonight was nothing short of perfect. Chris arrived well within the estimated time frame given by the dispatcher and got to work right away. He was very pleasant and personable, safely getting my semi truck and trailer to the dealership. This is a great company.”
