I drove all this way thinking this location was open based on the hours listed online. However, when I arrived the store was closed and new hours were taped to the door, (even though their online listing hasn't been updated).

Meds been in process for a week. Why? Because they are a week behind in processing meds! When I call, I wait on hold for 20+ minutes, just for staff to answer and immediately hang the phone up. I have been going here for years, because of proximity, but it really isn't convenient.Update 12/16/23: got text that meds are ready, get there and the pharmacy is closed until Monday. So no meds for me. Great! I'm DONE with this place.

This CVS located at 11611 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati Ohio 45231. It is the worst CVS store I have ever been. They take weeks to fill prescription. The drive-through takes 30 minutes to pick up a already complete prescription. When calling checking on the status of a prescription, you'll be on hold for a good 30 minutes or so before someone actually answers. And to top of the recording will say the store is closed at 9 am through 9 pm. The employees who work in the pharmacy department truly hate their jobs.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST CVS I have ever encountered. They literally play with people's lives with their medication, not having it in a timely manner. It's absurd. I totally understand being understaffed. However, if they cannot meet the needs of the customers, then shut the entire pharmacy down. This is absolutely insane.

Apparently it’s ok to change your hours with no notice and make it impossible to retrieve needed medication. Have had a needed medication in process of being refilled for a week and nothing has happened. Might as well just close the whole damn store for as helpful as they are.

I got a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup yesterday. I got to the pharmacy and found a sign saying it was closed and would reopen today at 10 AM. I got there well after 10 today. Guess what. It was closed. Since then I’ve been trying to call, but of course I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Came in yesterday at 11:46 am, and the cashier "Kelly" lacked customer service.As soon as I came in I said good morning, and she said nothing and continued to scan items on the shelf behind her. So I stood at the counter waiting for her acknowledgement, then she turned around and said nothing, so I'm like I need to pay a bill and told her didn't you hear me say good morning. Her reply was: "I said it back, I always say good morning to everyone". Which she didn't, nor did she say a word when turning around. Not may I help you, or hello. So, since she finally did help me, I gave two stars. ??

Horrible customer service in pharmacy. I questioned the price of my prescripton and wasn't given a answer on why it doubled in price. Then they notified me that I was no longer on automated refill. I will use the one in Mt.Healthy from now on.

The pharmacy is awful. I had an appointment to get a COVID test, the 1st test was unable to be processed and they would not give me the scheduled 2nd test. I did not understand the reason, but it had something to do with their computer system information, even though I had just taken a test 2 days prior. Jerry, the pharmacist stated "there is nothing we can do about it". Thanks, buddy.

I hate leaving negative feedback...but I feel I have to describe my experience with this pharmacy. I acknowledge staffing issues and understand pharmacies are busy. And although I have had mild issues with picking up prescriptions in the past,today takes the cake. My son has an ear infection, take him to the doctor and get an antibiotic called in at 11 a.m. Because I know it takes them a while..I call around 12:30 and I'm on hold for 45 minutes. No exaggerating. I eventually hang up.I can't just go there because I'm by myself and I don't want to take my little guy out again. I try again at 3:30...on hold for about 10 minutes then get disconnected.... finally get someone on my third try...they don't even have the medicine...no one could have called me? I will say that the pharmacist did offer to give me the number for another CVS but at this point I was done. Had the script changed to Kroger... immediate answer from staff and medicine was ready on time..zero issues. I'm wonder if staffing issues is the actual problem at this pharmacy....

I would have given 0 stars if it were possible.Our child’s doctor called in a prescription. Received NO updates on this. When we called we were informed that this location was out of the medication. They did not call us to let us know. They did not want to forward our prescription to another CVS. Displayed no interest in helping.This is the 3rd time this has happened where this pharmacy did not have a prescription and did not notify us. Customer service is lacking. Done shopping and getting prescriptions here.
