“I had a issue with my mail right after the new year. I have never been treated so good, I had my issue resolved and I got to see first hand how much the guys at buckeye lake usps, are willing to take the time and effort to make sure that you are always taken care of. I would definitely say it's a 5?????'s lol all the way. Thank you”

“It boggles my mind why I get the neighbors full mail delivery at times. Minimal staff or not, you're getting paid to do a job that affects many people. Maybe that's why it took over 3 weeks for a piece of mail to finally get to Columbus for what became a late payment. Pay attention to detail please.”

“They were very helpful and even gave me places to go if I didn't have all the credentials that I needed, something that was just as valid as a non-photo ID.”

“I enjoy coming to this post office! The two clerks that work there are always helpful and can keep the line moving. Never have to wait long at all. Best post office around.”
“I have been using this Post Office daily for 2 years straight to ship packages from my LLC. Always very happy with mail drop off and PO BOX I use at this location. Staff is great, very friendly and always answer my questions no matter how dumb my questions are sometimes. I am glad to have this Post office in our community. Thanks everyone that works at this location sorting and delivering our mail, very much appreciated.”
