Everything is very good except two complaints: breakfast starts at 6:30, not 6:00 as other brands，the pullout bed is not comfortable.

This hotel was clean, quiet, well located. Indoor pool/spa was great. But what really made it was the staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Staff was friendly and most of the room was clean. Bathtub had some rusty spots in it, and the end caps of the shower grab bar were loose. The pool was clean, but the hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Overall, my stay was ok, but bathroom and pool/spa cleanliness were major concerns.

I'm always satisfied with my stay at the Best Western Plus in Boardman. I come to Ohio from Florida a couple times per year for work and found this hotel to be my go to! The staff always remembers us too!

This could be a nice place to stay.
For the cost per night $$$, I would expect the hotel to know about potential drug dealing going on out the back door. Plus the ice machines weren’t very reliable

All staff was friendly, breakfast was spot on, helpful and understanding!
Rooms: Rooms were clean, towels were abundant.
Nearby activities: Our annual Slovenefest festival was only 20 minutes away, church nearby too!
Safety: No issues with any loitering inside or out.
Food & drinks: Coffee was always hot and breakfast was spot on with variety!

My husband and I stayed one week at this hotel . We really enjoyed our stay here. Manager and staff really care about their guests very supportive and friendly. Hotel was spotless fresh and clean. Large room and bathroom with all the amenities such as the computer room , health fitness center , indoor swimming pool. Coffee pot in room, microwave and refrigerator. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that included eggs and omelette, sausages, fresh fruit , bagels etc. Hotel is conveniently located to all shopping facilities and restaurants. We recommend this hotel to family and friends . We appreciate your service and look forward to coming back in the future.

Their pool and hot tub were horribly stained, and staff came in several times to the pool area and were hostile to guests, demanding their room number to make sure no one had outside guests in the pool area. Their breakfast and rooms were good.
