These rooms are not worth the price that they charge, they are very standard rooms and the TV isn't even a smart TV it only has a few channels and the picture dims in and out the entire time your watching something and you can hear the people above you and next you as if they're in the room with you and the shower pressure was horrible!

Hot tub is like sitting in a bath . Only reason we stopped here since working down the road.Also the beds suck guess if u like sleeping on a springOverall not happyWon't be back

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was Noone to shovel the walk ways, it snowed the morning We left and we tracked through snow.

Average hotel, I guess. I stayed here one night because my dentist is next door and with winter weather I didn't want to make the drive up in the dark. It was a Tuesday evening when I arrived. The woman who checked me in wasn't overly friendly, but she wasn't quite rude either. The bed and pillows I thought to be quite hard. People are right when they say there aren't many towels available in the room. I was traveling alone, though, so not a huge deal for me. The room was cleanish. Could have been a lot cleaner. Looks like the chair in the corner of the room hadn't been moved and vacuumed around in the past year. The top ledge of the sink counter was filthy duaty and sricky. The nice cloth shower curtain was extremely wrinkled. The lady at the desk in the morning when I checked out was so kind.

2 Ladies at the front desk was weird acting. I sat in the lobby for 48 minutes before I could even check in. They claimed no rooms where available at 3:10pm. A white gentleman came in after me, no wait time (checked right in without waiting) I continued to wait another 8 minutes before she actually checked me in, by this time my energy was down and I couldn’t believe what just happened. Never again will I be staying here again!!!

The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was polite with checking me in and I had peace and quiet my entire stay. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my time here.Rooms: Very clean room & bathroom, the king sized bed was super comfortable.

I was so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel and its comfortable bed, big bathroom, and spaciousness in general. Plus, the staff was great! It was located near shopping, including good groceries, and my room had a refrigerator ( albeit small) where I could stash groceries and avoid paying for restaurants on a daily basis. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They offer great breakfast choices and kept the buffet stocked. My only gripes are I paid for an upgraded room with full kitchen, stove, dishwasher etc only to discover the cupboards screwed shut! No pots and pans, dishes or silverware provided AT ALL. when I called the front desk about this issue, I was advised its “due to covid” ..huh??? In October of 2023? Secondly the tv is very antiquated.. only provides 20 channels at best and no streaming/casting services available. And the TV kept going black or too dark of contrast to even decipher what you were watching. And lastly, The pool had patches of hair in it, false fingernails were floating around and on the floor around the pool. No towels were available. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to even ask for a few. Being that I am disabled and spend a lot of time in my room when visiting family in the area, I would not rush to stay here again. I really need a fully functional kitchen and upgraded television.

Excellent!! Great hotel. Clean and great location. All the staff I dealt with were super friendly and helpful! Nice, big room. Good breakfast! I highly recommend.

Love how spacious the rooms are, very clean, and love the citrus smelling products that come with the stay. It's awesome that they have kuerigs too, better than the other coffee makers I see at hotels. I was left in peace and quiet and really enjoy this place. Just wish the TV in my room worked slightly better but im not complaining!

Do not recommend Best Western. Their cost cutting is apparent by providing 2 'hand towels' as bath towels (they dont even wrap around an adult body) same goes for tiny pool towels - trailed water down the hall with no towel to wrap around wet swimsuit. The hot tub/spa was broken, it was a warm bath with broken jets/none worked. That was the sole reason we chose this location because they had one. Called ahead to ask about it and the hours spa was open - no courtesy mention that theirs is not operating. Regreting our choice.

Front desk staff was pleasant and the rooms look nice. Unfortunately there were little piles of black hairs all over the bathroom floor and on the hand towel hung by the sink when we arrived. I asked to have the bathroom cleaned twice and it never was. The GM was aware but did not rectify the situation. Also, on our first night there was a loud and heated altercation right outside our room at about 2am that resulted in the police being called. From a health and safety standpoint, would not stay here again.Rooms: Beard hairs all over the bathroom, asked for it to be cleaned twice, never got cleaned.Safety: Loud aggressive altercation at 02:00am outside our room in the hallway. Police were called and they were evicted but the fight then moved to the parking lot

Having been originally from this area, I never had a reason to book a hotel stay. This was our first time staying in this location and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean, the amenities were also a pleasant surprise. Having a full kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, sink and fridge for roughly $200 was unexpected.Breakfast was also good. It was well attended and up kept . I would definitely stay here again if we had the occasion to.
