“Customer service, spoke with Jack. I had an issue with the self serve bay. No water pressure. So I put my debit card in since I was out of quarters and ones, not knowing how much more I would use. It was a 16.00 charge on my card. Plus the $4.00 cash i used. And I still had soap on my truck. I was refunded my fees and granted a code for a free wash. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you struthers auto wash.”

“Great quality wash at a great price! The line of cars moved quickly. The water pressure was high enough to gently jostle my car, and high enough to clean without brushes. I called their Tech Support (see phone number on the door in photo) with a couple questions, and Dustin, who took my call, was happy to talk and answer. I’ll definitely be back for future washes!”

“A little bit iffy the only reason they're not getting five stars flat it's because half of their vacuums don't work half of the time and don't use the one in Niles something is definitely dead in the air vent and it smells like rotten eggs and sulfur picture getting your car dried off and getting hit with a never-ending blast of yucky”

“I am over the moon about the job Danny did on my car!!! I got the ceramic coating and I can’t believe how amazing it looks. Super reasonable prices and he goes above and beyond what is expected. Friendly, great communication, and truly awesome work. Danny really takes pride in what he does and it shows. I still can’t believe how great it looks inside and out!”

“Best experience I’ve had getting auto repairs. My alternator went out as I was passing through town. I managed to make it to this shop and the guys graciously got right to work on it. They sold me the part at cost and had it installed in a few hours and got me back on the road. Great service, fair pricing, friendly, expert mechanics. Thank you 4 Wheels!”

“Nate did an amazing job! He was friendly, professional, and made sure my car came out looking spotless. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the little details including getting the bugs off the front of my car and mopping my windshield extra good like I asked. Great customer service from start to finish, and he made the whole experience quick and easy after signing me up for the tsunami package!”

“Very kind and professional. The first wash was less than perfect because of stubborn bug splatter. But they assured me that I could go in for a second wash if not satisfied. Not only did they honor their word, but they upgraded my free second wash to premium! Very happy and will come by again.”

“I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Michael! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. He took the time to help me get set up with a membership and made the whole process quick and easy. On top of that, he noticed the cleaning supplies needed to be restocked and made sure everything was refilled so customers had what they needed. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Michael went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his help!”

“I travel a lot for work, and one of the first things I do when I get into a new town after work is hop on Google Maps and search for touchless car washes. This car wash did not show up on my search! Which is sad because they did an awesome job on the remodel. The wash and vacuums both worked flawlessly. They give you plenty of time for your car to dry which I like and the place was really clean. I hope the owner sees this and updates the Google page so more people will know about this place. Please keep up the great work!”

“It's ONE WAY IN and ONE WAY OUT! Keeps the flow of traffic going smoothly! I like this location personally! It has a ton of vacuums which is a plus. The Auto Spa by my house only has 4 vacuums. When you pull in the 2 automatic wash bays are right there which are nice but if there were a lot of people wanting to use them it might cause a backup on the road. I don't know as this is my 1st time there. The do it yourself bays are around back so you must drive along the right side of the building to the back. When I went no one was there but then it seemed like everyone started coming! I used the automatic wash and I must say once again they put the one by my house. It's NO where as nice and high tech like this one at Austintown Auto Spa. The dryers here are excellent. You get a good amount of time and there are a lot. Again the one by house you get 40 seconds and it has 2 big red circular ones. Austintown Auto Spa will NOT disappoint! I had a service appointment at Greenwood Chevy and it's right across the street. So it was like I got 2 things done that needed done since I was in the area.”

“The only touchless car wash that I know of locally that my work truck will fit through! Additionally, I also believe that this car wash does the best wash for the money as well. The ultimate wash here is $16 and their competitor is $18 last I checked and I think Girard Auto Bath does a much better job. The water jets are so powerful that it rocks my F350 when rinsing it off! The location is also super convenient right on 422.”

“Im still a little confused on pricing. I did the hand was and it said a minimum $20 charge on card...I assumed its like paying at the pump where they charge a set amount until u finish and soon after the remaining amount is released. Well...I started and midway thru the sprayer lost all pressure. My car was covered in foam so I was forced to go to another bay to finish rinsing the car..hence another $20. In total it was around 15 but my card still has a $40 hold....not happy about any part of my experience with this car wash...it was my first and likely last. I really hope I dont have to dispute it. Its been 2 days and still showing a $40 pending purchase smh **UPDATE!!** Spoke with someone from the wash. Got back to me super fast and resolved the issue. So that being said I will DEFINITELY frequent this business as often as needed. Thanks again Auto Bath!”

“Here’s an honest review from a car girl. I have a love hate relationship with this place. I do like the fact it’s a wash it yourself car wash, but, things have changed over the years. A year or two back 3 mins of wash time was 1.50, now it’s 2.50, and you only get 3 mins for that price. 5 mins would be nice. There is a ton of different soap options, wheel and tire shine, tri foam, wash foam, rinse and spot free rinse, wax, Etc etc. Big gripe for me in the water pressure on rinse is freaking insane, like it needs turned down. Sometimes I feel like it could blast off paint or your clear coat. Overall 4/5, it’s close to me and I come often, just wish a few things were different.”

“Tried to get the $15 wash there. I was struggling to insert cash (I inserted a 10 dollar bill and was trying to insert a 5 dollar bill), the process timed out and went back to the main screen, taking my $10 in the process. I called the number posted and left a message with my number.EDIT: Got a call back to make it right--will be given a code for the $15 wash even though I was out $10. Will adjust rating further if everything goes smoothly.EDIT 2: Used the code given. Wash went without a hitch! Thanks for making things right!”

“Excellent Self Service Car Wash (the best kind). Washed and waxed the entire car for $6. The machine requires $4 in quarters to start and there is a quarter change machine. Equipment was in excellent condition and the water came out very hot (awesome bonus). The vacuum also worked well. I am visiting on a road trip but would definitely make this my go to place if I lived here.”

“I was stuck in the mud last week, so my tires were covered in mud, and mud splashed all over my car from the tires spinning. I kept forgetting to stop and get my car washed, so the mud had dried quite a while ago. After the wash, my car was spotless except for this one spot on my tire. Even though I got the $10 wash, I wasn’t expecting much because of how muddy my car was and how long it had been stuck there, but I was impressed with this wash! There are 4 different levels of washes $6-$10. I didn’t try the vacuums. You can also go to their website and buy multiple washes to save money!”

“When you put 16 quarters in to get $4 the meter is running the whole time that you put the quarters in. I realize it's not the seventies when you put two quarters in and could do the whole car.”

“This is one of my favorite car washes. I don’t live in the area but I work nearby and stop to get my car washed from time to time. Not only do they do a fantastic job and have good prices, but the owner and employees are fantastic. I lost my ring in the parking lot a couple years ago. I went back about a hour after I had lost it and frantically scanned the parking lot. Someone found it and the car wash reviewed the security cameras to get my license plate number and turned it into the police. The police contacted me and my ring was returned. I really can’t think of any better customer service than that! They went above and beyond! My only regret is not leaving this review sooner.”

“This place was awesome! Credit card machine works perfectly, I have a commercial van and it fit perfect with the ladder racks. Water pressure is above average, the brush had super sad and the vehicle looks awesome after the wash. They also have a drive-through wash for non-commercial vehicles.”

“Love to self serve clean my car here. They have the best value for what is offered on the dial. They are the only ones that have vanilliaroma trees in vending machines”
