The doctor was very nice! Liz helped me with the glasses and everything and was so helpful! She was patient with my indecision and explained everything to me, and never acted like I was a bother. She was awesome and very appreciated. I'm very happy to be able to see clearly again!

Just great service do you have one question or one problem you have a girl working there and Youngstown office she talks in a foreign language I figure she's Ukraine but when I called her over to ask her what country are you from she got very ignorant with me you should tell her to try to be a little bit more polite to the customers all I wanted to know where she was from and my wife was with me so it's not like I was hitting on her I guess she just has to be used to being here

I am so impressed with Eyemart Express! My son was having trouble seeing the board at school and I didn’t want to wait to have him seen at my doctor that was scheduling 2 months out. I was able to get him in the same day at Eyemart! They have quick, easy scheduling online. We arrived about 30 minutes before our appointment and they were able to get us right in. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and the doctor was very nice and thorough. They had a great selection of frames in all price ranges. Chuck was absolutely fantastic with my son and was so helpful! We ended up getting two pairs (one free) ready in 24 minutes!!! My ophthalmologist is two months out for an appointment then you have to wait 2-3 weeks for the glasses! Needless to say the rest of the family will be switching!

Twice I have dealt with this eyeglass company and both times, excellent and fast and friendly service. Very on top of getting you purchased products. Everyone should go there.

Walked in when they opened and was able to get a check-up in a timely manner. I was able to find two pairs of glasses at competitively affordable prices. One pair of glasses did have a scratch after being made but I brought it up and they fixed it quickly. Very surprised to get it all done in the same day! Good job, ladies and gentlemen of Eyemart Express.
