“We walked in on Black Friday to look around at mattresses and were immediately greeted with such kindness! Kim was a huge help even while she was helping other customers! She was kind and bright which can be hard to find on such a hectic day! Both staff members went above and beyond to help us find something that worked for us both mattress and financing wise! We did leave with buying something that day to be delivered (for free!!) Monday! I will definitely recommend anyone who needs a new mattress to head their way.”

“As soon as we walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming and asked if we needed help finding anything. After we looked at recliners for a little bit, Joe, the manager, had asked if we needed help. After explaining how it was my first piece of furniture for my new place, he was happy to help me find the perfect one and even helped me find a bed frame as well. “We drove to the Sleep Number store and we were immediately greeted by Phil our salesperaon. We arrived approximately 45 minutes before closing time. We weren’t expecting all of the options and information! We told Phil what our budget was and what we wanted. He quickly helped us assess our wants versus our needs . He was amazing! He made sure we got the most options for our money. He was informative, patient, and very personable. If you call, I recommend asking for Phil! He is a true asset to the company!!”
“I had bought all my appliances at Sheely’s. In ten months my refrigerator stopped working. A repairman from Sheely’s came out. He couldn’t find the problem. He even called Frigidaire, and they told him to replace a part. It still didn’t work. After several hours he left and came back the next day. Still couldn’t find the problem. Now the ice maker stopped working. He came back the next day and brought back up with him. Neither one could find the problem. I finally went to the store and spoke with the manager of appliances and explained the problem. He spoke with the manager of repairs—in less than five minutes I was placing an order for a new (and different brand) of refrigerator. Thank you Shelly!!”
