Birds wings were clipped , should not be clipped unless customers decide to… This ruins trust between humans and birds… I do NOT recommended buying birds from here , especially if you want a bird to love you … GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The PetSmart location in Boardman does such a great job! I often order through the app for pick up in store and am consistently impressed with the efficiency of this process. Oftentimes my order is ready far sooner than the allotted time frame originally given. Upon arrival to the store, I am always greeted with kindness by each employee! I will continue to be a patron of this store and want to commend the staff on a job well done!
