Dr. Passarello has been my doctor my entire life, he is an amazing doctor. His nurse Olivia is wonderful at drawing blood and giving shots I didn't feel anything

I just switched to a new doctor was seen immediately. At Poland medical center I would wait up to 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Poland medical center is awful and they don’t even treat you. I went in 3 weeks ago for an unusual growth in my chest Dr…. didn’t even look at my chest and sent me out with antibiotics, and was literally in the room for 3 minutes after waiting 2 hours to be seen. Well turns out it didn’t go away because the antibiotics don’t work against what it is. He probably would have known that if he took the time to actually check on his patients issues. It is terrible DO NOT GO TO POLAND MEDICAL CENTER if you actually need an issue resolved. Cause apparently antibiotics is the answer to everything(was also put on antibiotics for a severe concussion).

dr walt is hands down the best doctor i've come too. there been so many times with my family doctor prior since i was a kid.. i felt rushed out the door slap on a bandaid. however my wife pushed me to see a new dr with some back issues and just to find a new doctor. and i have to be honest it was the best choice i made.

Dr O’Brien is hands down the BEST PCP!His staff is caring and patient and it’s refreshing to have a doctors office where most labs & xrays can be performed, saving patients time & money! The ladies working up front are also very kind and helpful!

Dr. Passarello is amazing. He listens intently to his patients and really tries to get to the root of problems. I have seen many doctors and he is by far the best. I have never felt rushed during my appointments and most of the staff are very friendly. I will say I miss Julie, when it came to blood work she was the best.

Very disappointed in my daughter's experience with Dr. O'Brien at the Poland Medical Center. My daughter went in to do a routine wellness check. I have full coverage for her yet she received a bill for over $300. When I called my insurance company to ask about why the wellness visit was not covered, I was told by my insurance agent that this often happens because doctors will add things that patients are unaware would be an additional cost. When I called the office to explain, I was basically told there was extra blood work was ordered for my daughter. She was unaware that there would be an additional cost. She is a college student with limited funds and would not have chosen to do the extra bloodwork. I called billing to see if there was anything could be done but to no avail.

I love my doctor. I hate that I spent 5 minutes on hold just to be told there's no one there that can help me on the weekends. If it's not a doctor's office on the weekend then don't answer calls as so.

I have experienced a wonderful, compassionate, and totally competent doctor in Dr. Rubino. He takes the time, energy, and diligence in getting you the best medical care possible. His staff especially the nurses are always willing to assist you in getting questions answered and medication taken care of in a efficient and professional manner
