I ordered homecoming flowers for my son and his date, and they used off white roses, which is fine but some of them were browning already. When I called to ask them about the browning, the woman who answered the phone cut me off as I was talking and eventually hung up on me. She said that some of the tips of flowere have color, I explained that the sides were browning and had brown spots. When we took the corsage back into the store, she cut a piece of the brown off and said off white roses arent perfect. Other than the brown spots, the corsage was pretty but very small. They didn't meet my expectations.

When my florist for my wedding unexpectedly fell ill and could not do any of the flowers, I went to The Flower Loft in Poland Ohio. Tammy was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient, 100% professional and so kind. The day of the wedding, every flower was simply perfect. I still have my bouquet, table centerpiece and tribute flowers over a week later and they are still in bloom and just now starting to show a little time on their petals. I would recommend The Flower Loft and Tammy for any occasion.

I can't not say enough nice things about the flower loft. I had a friend's dad recently pass away and I wanted to send some sympathy flowers. I called and spoke to a very nice woman. I explained that I was in Massachusetts but needed flowers delivered. It was a Saturday at 11:30 and I wasn't sure if they could deliver that day due to the time frame. I was extremely happy when they said they could accommodate my request. The basket came out beautiful and my friends were very happy with the flowers. Wonderful flower shop with experienced and friendly staff! Thank you so much!

They did a superb job. Sent flowers to our cousin in a nursing home. The flowers were beautiful and delivery was fast. Called at noon and they were delivered within 2 hours. Would recommend them highly.

I used the Flower Loft for my wedding bouquets and absolutely loved how they turned out! Working with Katy was soooo much fun! She genuinely understood the look I was going for and was extremely helpful with offering suggestions for flowers that were in season and would work best together. I could not recommend the Flower Loft more!! :)

Prom flowers were tiny, wilted and browning. They were not at all friendly and hard to find. I will not use again.

My sister had surgery and I wanted to send flowers to her house in Poland OH from here in Florida. A quick search here on Yelp turned up with this flower shop. It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. I have to commend their customer service and very low delivery charge and the flowers speak for themselves. Thank you again for such great service.
