Have been trying to speak to owner since about May 6th this year. Left several messages and a email and still have yet to hear from them. Just wanted an update on a form......WOW! After what, 4 months u finally decide to comment on here, not email me what u were supposed to so it could get esigned and we BOTH get our money! U lied and u are a horrible business owner not just here but all your other southern ohio locations and also what, out of state ones too?? U and Jennifer are only out to help yourselves, u have not helped me one iota, u have talked to me on the phone 10 minutes after i posted the 1st part of this comment months ago and straight lied to me! Thats not how a respectable business acts and conducts business, not even sure its legal! If anyone wants to know how a Liberty Tax should be, just go up to Fairfield County, Lancaster on Memorial Dr. its right next to the Cheap Tobacco. Ask for Jeff, his father owned it, i have had over 3 yrs of tax service with him prior to the Pomeroy Liberty Tax office. Theres no comparison!! I hope all of your lies catch up with u Allison!!

Dropped off everything needed to have taxes done and ask them to call when completed and I'd pay and pick up. Received call and stopped to pay and pick up. Waited 15 minutes, then lady who was working with another couple got up and left them and ask me to sit down as she signed onto another pc next to me. Started asking me questions as she opened folder I had put all relevant document in. After a couple minutes I said, you're doing my taxes as we speak and I was notified they were completed. Took her maybe 10 minutes to finish, swung pc screen around and said here's our fee ($398), but I'll give you a discount ($196). Won't be back...ever.

Very helpful and extremely nice! Had to wait a little while until the lady could file ours, but she was there alone and there were several people that came around the same time we did. Reasonable prices, and discounts available with coupons. Would use again!
