“I'm sure you don't remember me. I think it was like 5 years or so ago my the picture that's in my profile you took care of him my precious precious snowball. Everybody everybody said to put him down because he had feline leukemia but me and him was fighting for every being we had to save him my throat we brought him to you cuz you do that you did the blood transfusion we ordered meds from all over the country you did a good job with him. It's just at the end he knew it was over and I did have to put him down that was the hardest and the most agonizing thing I had to do thank you for taking care of my precious precious snowball”
