I just want to say thank you to the Bauman Auto group. Aaron took great care of a terrible situation dealing with my granddaughter and her vehicle. I won't go into detail about the situation but just know they took great care of us. Thank you again Aaron and the Bauman Auto group. You've helped us tremendously and we are so blessed.

One of the very few times I’ve dealt with high hospitality dealerships. Very generous, down to earth staff. I worked with Jason as my salesman. Very cool guy, easy to deal with, no funny business at all. Straight forward and honest about the business and how they operate and it shows. I would take the 2 hour drive to this dealership every time I need a new car just for the employees. Also worked with Aaron (sales manager) and Chuck (General Manager) the same day I went to look at the car I purchased. Aaron is a super cool guy. Made sure I liked what I drove and tested, isn’t out for your money, really just wanted to make sure you got what you wanted and fitted your style/needs. Just remember to wear an Ohio State jersey when you see Chuck and he’ll give you half off! (Just kidding, but Chuck is very awesome).

I love being able to buy a car close to home where I can also have it serviced. Jacob Gottron went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find a car at a difficult time. His positive spirit and willingness to go the proverbial extra mile, made it all so simple and easy. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

After twenty years, I have not one single complaint. Our last 2 vehicles were bought without test drives. Drew Shepherd has been our only salesman and shows concern for my requirements. Drew has become a good friend. I also will add that the service department is top of the line.

I had a great experience buying a new truck and trading in my old truck. Jason was so helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone was easy to deal with. I think it was a deal that made both sides happy. I will stop here first the next time I need a vehicle.

I bought the car of my dreams from Baumann’s! Jason helped me find the car I was looking for as soon as I stepped onto the lot! Such a personable and knowledgeable guy. I’d recommend my friends and family to come here if they want a new car.

Took a vehicle here to find out about a noise it was making. Drive line is all they said was wrong. Despite the unexpected cost to fix it, I had them order the parts and they said it'd take about a week. A month later after many calls made to them, cause they never followed up with their estimated time frame, we finally got the car back.....with the check engine light now on, turn signal no longer working, and a 3/4 gap in the rear panel they'd removed to do the repair. Not once throughout the repair was I told there were any other issues/problems with the vehicle. Upon requesting that they fix the panel and signal, they refused to fix the panel and claimed the turn signal was fixed. Although it did not work leaving their shop the second time and still does NOT! I tried to reach someone to file a complaint with and get a solution cause the techs just looked at us both like we were stupid. Rather he insulted me with the history of my vehicle as if I was ignorant and claimed it wasn't fixed correctly after multiple accidents. And by he I mean the GM, the big man stood in front of me admitting they were aware that the clips to the panel were broken to begin with, and agreeing his techs should have informed us but pretty much said whats done is done now. I'm not putting clips on the car.Now knowledgeable that they rigged the panel back on in a manner that poses a true safety hazard to the car itself and those around it on the road, I am devastated. No accredited shop would ever send a young man on his way at risk & this is exactly what they did. They could care less about me or my children's safety. Sad sad times !!!So proud of my son for setting an example of how to treat others even when you don't agree. No matter how many times he was made to feel like a menace for calling on a car they said would be ready 5 different dates he maintained his cool and showed those adult men that hatred, jealousy and sarcasm isn't the answer. To you people I dealt with out there at Baumann in PC...Be happy, not just for yourself but for others..and do your best, seems tome someone's life may depend on it.

My salesperson was Drew Sheppard, and I am very satisfied with how I was treated and the time that was taken when I purchased my 2024 Trax. The whole experience from beginning to end was a good one. I would have no problem coming back to Baumann's.

After getting my oil changed, my oil temperature quit working. Not Baumans fault. Upon studying further it is a common problem with Cherokee I understand. The computer has to be reprogrammed and Jeep is doing nothing about it. I understand about 90 percent of the jeep Cherokee have this problem. Jeep should correct this problem not the customer at 90.00 a hour for labor. And my jeep is a 2016 and doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it.

Our sales person, Jason Sprenger, listened to our needs/wants in leasing another Chevrolet Equinox. He followed up with us by phone and worked hard to earn our business. We would recommend him and Baumann Auto Group Port Clinton based on our positive experience. We love our Equinox RS!

I initially thought I wanted to purchase a used vehicle and it seemed like things were a little slow trying to locate the vehicles. However, the salesperson at the Port Clinton dealership, Jason jumped in and started to work with me. I felt he listened to what my goals were, and I actually ended up with a new vehicle. My hat is off to Sergio also in finance who again worked with me to stay within my limits. I couldn't be any happier!

Expensive broke my hood,won't stay up now. Charged me $129 to check to see what was wrong with my air conditioner @ could have went to advanced auto and had it checked for free!
