Fantastic service for all of our needs on a 4300 sf addition. Lumber prices are very reasonable, as well as windows, doors, kitchen and bath materials, etc. John and Jo have been great to work with this year.

WONDERFUL STAFF!I had a contractor special order a window through Carter Lumber. My contractor up and disappeared and I had a window waiting for me at Carter Lumber. Since my contractor was supposed to pick it up I was in a real pickle because he disappeared and had no way to get it myself. I called Carter Lumber and asked them what my options were. They went above and beyond helping me figure out a solution and delivered it to my home for free. After being screwed over by my contractor it felt really good to know that's somebody was looking out for me. They could have left me in a lurch. Customer service at it's finest! Thank you so much!

CHECK YOUR PHONES. Wanted to ask a question. No one answers during business hours and after two attempts at leaving a message, I got an robot voice "invalid" and then, "mail box is full". So, off to Lowes. Bye.

Carter lumber was extremely helpful when we remodeled our bathrooms. Jo is excellent to work with. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. The guys at the service counter are also helpful. It’s a great asset to our area.
