And NO I am not related despite the name similarity. I could not be happier with the excellent service I received from Drew’s Customer Carts. As weekenders it is always appreciated when a company goes the extra mile to accommodate. They picked up cart, analyzed the problem, called with the explanation, educated me on their repair and ways to avoid the problem in the next season. They took their time and didn’t rush me through their explanations while answering all my questions. They took card over the phone and brought the cart right back home. It was like magical elves. I would definitely use them again. Honest, reasonable and reliable it just doesn’t get better than that!!

Worked with Marissa on the purchase of our new Elite 6- passenger lithium ion golf cart She was very helpful in reviewing the process of obtaining an Ohio license plate so we can utilize it on the road. We love the look and performance of our cart and highly recommend EZ-Go and Drew's Custom Carts.

We purchased a new golf cart this summer and was a good experience. Spoke to Drew at the Cleveland Boat Show, and followed up with Marissa this summer in Port Clinton. She provided all discounts and benefits available. She had it delivered to the island as promised, and was an easy process. Highly recommended

We have nothing but great things to say about Drew's Custom Carts! They picked up our golf cart and had it repaired and delivered back to us in 24 hours and their prices are very reasonable. We had constant communication throughout and are very impressed with their service. We will 100% be bringing our cart back to Drew's Custom Carts in the future!

Marissa was a great help to us from the moment we got there. We weren’t really sure of exactly what we wanted, but she was patient and didn’t put any pressure on us throughout. She was very knowledgeable and thorough, we would certainly recommend to anyone looking in that area.
