“Kym Botson is an excellent agent as she helped me with my house & car insurance several years ago. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Allstate, who she represents. Three months after I signed all the forms, Allstate informed me that I twice had to pay an additional $67.56 6-month premium because of an already-known incident that occurred several years pryor. That cost removed the competitive edge that drove me to All-Bait-&-Switch in the first place. Kym did her best to have it removed, but to no avail.
