I have had storage units with Ohio Self Storage off and on as needed since 2015. They are simply the greatest most efficient team ever to deal with. Always promptly respond. Fairly priced at a great open location. I fee safe there.

I live in the area and needed two large storage units preferably next to each other. When I called I first talked to Beth who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She wanted to check with Zach first but thought they could accommodate my request. Zach was kind enough to call me back that night and said he had two units side by side ready for me. He then answered numerous questions and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable renting their units.I would highly recommend renting from Ohio Self Storage!!

We just moved to the area, and we weren't sure where to rent a storage unit that would be close, dry, safe and secure for our belongings. The process of obtaining a storage unit was easy and profession. Beth, the office manager, had us set up with a rental in one day and was a delight to work with. Zach, the property manager, contacted us later that day to ensure we had everything we needed for our move into the unit and to contact him if we had any issues. The facility is clean and well taken care of and loved the fact that the unit we rented had access from both sides (larger unit). We were able to fit all of items we needed to store into the unit, with room to spare for more if we need. The secured units with the gated entrance is a great piece of mind knowing our items will be safe. Zach follows up to make sure everything is going good and that there aren't any issues.We are very pleased and glad with this location, not only for the great unit, but the customer service that is provided. We highly recommend.

I needed a spot for a trailer and Zach was very accessible and responsive to calls and texts. Despite doing this at the last minute and from out of state, I was able to get a spot with no hassle. The location is very convenient to the highway and very close to Lake Erie, and there is good room to maneuver to spot trailers.

I needed a unit quickly and OSS has been great. I needed late (9pm) assistance and left a message with my issue and within 15 minutes I was on the phone and my problem was solved. Both individuals I spoke with (receptionist and manager) were extremely helpful. I would recommend Ohio Self Storage.
