The owners and staff at State Street Auto are amazing! They really bent over backwards for us. Their customer service is exceptional! We got stranded midway through a cross country road trip and were desperate to find a car to rent while ours was being repaired. They came to the rescue and literally saved us and were so kind. Thank you, State Street Auto!

Car broke down in Port Clinton after driving there for a 1 day fishing trip. Needed a car quick for the day and they were so quick. They even came and picked me up from a local auto shop. Madison at the front desk was great.

A local collision shop set me up with a rental from this business, which can't be driven out of state without a fee. I'd already requested an office assistant or someone from there (who was very nice) to send me a bill or something I could submit to my insurance company, and that I'd have it taken care of for them even if I had to pay it. The next morning, the owner called me immediately threatening to take me to court if I didn't provide him with my credit card number. He didn't need to approach me like that, especially as the owner of a small business, and since I had already told them I'd take care of it. He was very aggressive and lacked any kind of people skills. Would not recommend supporting that kind of behavior.

Larry is a dog. He thinks he's slick. Try's to fast talk you on how great his cars are. He gives you no time to think. He just keeps running his mouth trying to confuse you. I got the heck out of there. Stay away!

Rented on short notice for a visit to Cedar Point, at a time when it has been hard to find rentals. Car was dropped off at the airport on time and was in great shape. Thanks for the help!

We do a ton of business to business rentals with State Street. We try to refer everyone we can that needs a rental car while we work on the customer's cars. State Street always goes above and beyond what is expected of them to treat my and their customers right every time.

Five stars. They picked us up East Harbor Campground. Was a huge help. Clean car, worked perfectly for running family around Port Clinton for our vacation. Made it all fast and easy, no surprises. ❤️

We had a great experience renting from State Street! We flew in to the Port Clinton airport late at night, and our clean and well maintained car was waiting for us at the airport. Nice car, seamless rental experience. Highly recommended!
