We purchased our unit in 2022. We had an excellent experience. The process was very smooth. Dave was professional and very accommodating.
The units are fantastic. They are built well and utilities are provided (at very reasonable costs).

We work with Dave Winters as they were building the unit our condo is in. He was great to work with from start to finish. He was very prompt retuning every calls and worked with us to configure our unit to our needs Construction went without an any problems and was on time.. What a great company to work with. We are so happy with the final product and the management , Chuck the manager is always available to answer any questions and keeps the property in great shape. Highly Recommend purchasing from them if you are in the market for a Storage Condo. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

We love our boat storage condo so much, we are looking at purchasing another. It has hot and cold water as well as sewer. The quality is fantastic and the property management company and owner actually respond quickly whenever contacted. The location is also fantastic and safe; right by the airport as well as the Border Patrol Building; also there is everything you need within walking distance. You really need to check out the model unit before buying anywhere else - it has a beautiful loft which allowed us to visualize how we would set ours up. The annual fee is very reasonable as well. This place continues to exceed our expectations and we could not be happier!

Catawba Storage Condominiums in my opinion, is the best. A few years ago I relocated to Marblehead after my retirement. After months of searching for a storage facility I contacted Dave Winters to discuss the availability of units and my options of a purchase. Lori Browning and Dave showed me what a storage condominium should be. Their commitment to higher standards and availability sold me. This is where I wanted to be based on location, building structure and security. It has been two years since I purchased and I am glad I did. Give them a chance to show you what they have to offer. You won’t regret it!!

This storage unit was perfect for what we needed for our RV and cars. High ceiling, utilities and internet. The unit is very well constructed and there is space outside for maneuvering. Management team is attentive and they are well maintained!

My unit is pristine and has hot and cold running utility sink, awesome industrial heater, very well insulated and automatic huge garage door opener and the grounds are well kept.Area is very secure and Ownership responds immediately to any calls. Highest recommendation!
