I had Progressive for a very long time and no matter what i did they would never lower my bill. After the 1st time Kim Botson looked at my insurance, she got me a super cheap rate. She even got my some son, 20 yrs old, his 1st auto policy on his own which dropped mine. We've had our rental property with allstate for over 30 years and have never had a problem. They have always been really good to my parents too. I totally recommend this Allstate branch!!

Kym Botson is an excellent agent as she helped me with my house & car insurance several years ago. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Allstate, who she represents. Three months after I signed all the forms, Allstate informed me that I twice had to pay an additional $67.56 6-month premium because of an already-known incident that occurred several years pryor. That cost removed the competitive edge that drove me to All-Bait-&-Switch in the first place. Kym did her best to have it removed, but to no avail. She is a conscientious and professional person, unfortunately "All-Bait-&-Switch" Insurance IS NOT.-John Kozak
