I mailed a package to P.C. on 11/18/23, and should have been delivered by 11/22/23. According to USPS tracking, they say I requested the package to be held. That, I didn't request. I believe that the postal service in P.C. is too lazy to do their job

The customer service was okey, can be better, the clerk needs to be a bit more friendly to customers. Fake it until you make it ?
