Christy was extremely rude while telling (not explaining) their policy of allowing customers to walk away ( leave the store) in the middle of being helped, then employees (in this case, Larissa) can start serving someone else. According to Christy, this is done so they can “service more people.”
However, when the original customer returns, Larissa immediately resumes helping them without saying anything to the current customer—in this case, me—leaving me sitting there confused about what was happening.
When I said I was leaving because of how poorly I was treated, Christy responded, “GOOD, have fun!”
If this is how the store is being managed, it’s completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat paying customers—the very reason you have a job in the first place.

Port Clinton, Ohio Store. Amberilrigh is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful when we purchased 2 new phones. She is an asset for Verizon.

The victra in port Clinton in which the manager Diamonte said he would help discontinue the business account just says I promise to call you back. The manger Natasha is just as bad. They say they will return calls and they do NOT. Very convincing to want to try the business plan but are not helpful in trying to cancel it. If I could change carriers I would buy because I purchased a new pixel phone it will probably be a nightmare. Which I'm dealing with.

Someone new Everytime you come in or being trained. No one knows what they are doing. Waited for 45 minutes for someone to come in and completely cut the line because she knew the lady working. No "hi or Hello" when you come in. Everyone that works here acts like they have a gun to their head and forced to work here. Wait times are insane and instead of trying to fix the problem they shove "new specials and deals" down your throat to stick you with more fees and payments. looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common accurance with a basic response to talk to corporate so they can jerk you around over there.

The staff here are incredibly rude. When I came here with my mother, no one acknowledged us, or spoke to us. One employee was helping a customer while the other was doing something on their phone. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could be acknowledged only to find out they couldn’t do anything for us and we’d have to go to the Verizon store in Sandusky. I don’t recommend giving them your business.
