The last time I was there I needed change and their lobby was closed which is fine I just went through the drive thru. They said that they had to bring the change out to my car but when they did they dropped the rolls of coins and they burst everywhere. I got out to collect the change expecting for them to at least offer to help, but the teller just apologized and said she "would've helped if they weren't so busy", but it was her fault in the first place. They need to hire some more staff and friendlier ones at that.

Just wanted to give a positive shout-out to Michelle Rowland. My elderly parents were having a bit of an issue with one of their accounts & she was able to fix it for them in just a few moments, saving them a lot of frustration!

i was with them for almost 30 years. i never had any real issues until here lately. now ive had almost $4000 stolen from my account by means of wire fraud and theyre refusing to make it right. tomorrow i will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere

I hate that they constantly send out their bank cards with the inconvenient time to get our password changed. Why can't they leave us alone. I don't care about their rating nationally. Just leave my bank card alone. Don't have time to fix passwords.
