The people working the store I go to are always free to service any problem you may have in just about 2 to 5 minutes after you walk into the store. Also all the workers are very friendly and get you done and on the way out as quickly as possible they are great.

Smitty is who AT&T reps dream of being when they go to bed at night. As soon as I came in, with god-like laser focus, he noticed there was a customer in need.
The clouds parted as Smitty descended from the heavens, strumming his tablet like a harp while wearing the finest AT&T branded silk and satin toga.
He welcomed me, introduced himself, and asked how he could be of assistance. Right away, he knew the answer to my problem. He also informed me of all the various offers I qualify for in the form of a complete bundled solution. I even received a demo for Directv! Outstanding!
He then of course fixed my problem as fast as Barry Allen himself. I left the Portsmouth Ohio AT&T store that day with a smile on my face, knowing that I am in good hands whenever I am in need!

We recently decided to change our router to the AT&T wireless system. What a great decision! The staff at Portsmouth, Ohio's AT&T store are on top of their game. Travis Smith helped us with the wireless system and a newer IPhone. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The system in the past 2 months has not dropped or failed. Our previous system dropped daily, multiple times.
When you stop in the Portsmouth Ohio AT&T store you are met with smiling faces and a cheerful hello. Deanna, Joey, Dustain & Rich are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their job.
It is never a chore or something you dread to do if you need a question answered or if you have an issue with your phone.
Well done AT&T Portsmouth, Ohio staff!!!

I still didn't get the wifi after 2 trips and getting the $100 deposit! The lady told me it would be 100 dollars because of my c score. Okay, I can understand that! After I come back and wait another 10 mins, "Oh, you have cash. It has to be on the card, and BTW, make that 156 and some change. " Wait, what just happened? No, thank you. I'll pass

This message is regarding AT&T and the service that I received at the Portsmouth, Ohio location!I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone, but I was not looking forward going through all of the waiting and the paperwork of purchasing a new phone!Well, Deana was the young lady that took care of us! She was extremely helpful, very caring and super nice and most of all, she listened and responded!Deana, truly made our visit to AT&T in Portsmouth, an extremely positive and reassuring one! Now with my new phone, I feel much better and more enlightened of my new device and what it can do……remember this, it’s sometimes the little small things that we all overlook, but she had a way of bringing them out and for that, I’m very grateful!An employee such as Deana, is an individual that AT&T and other companies, need more of!Thank you for having her on the front lines taking care of the customers!She truly went above and beyond the call of service duty!Thank You!James A.
