Don't bother trying to call the pharmacy for help been waiting on hold for over an hour and no answer.
Sad they seem to be giving all cvs pharmacies a bad name.

I'm still on hold, while I'm writing this, trying to find out if the Dr called in my Grandson's medicine. Been on hold for 29 minutes so far Also got my wife to call about 10 minutes ago she is still on hold also! Pitiful

As long as you don’t need to call you might be alright but if you can don’t plan on talking to anybody every time I call I’m on holds well over an hour before I give up

I used to love using them for all my prescription needs, and loved the texting feature to let me know when my prescriptions were ready for pickup. This is now the only feature I like. They changed their horus to close earlier, and now take waaaay too long to gill my prescriptions too. Maybe I should switch to a different location because this pharmacy NEVER answers their phone!! I have been on hold with them for over an hour now, and this isn't the first time. I end up having to show up to see why my prescriptions aren't filled DAYS after the order was received by CVS. Then, when I do show up, they tell me I have to come back after they've had the time to fill them! Usually, I have to wait til the next day before this happens too. They claim they're so busy, but havent done much to change that either. Take your business elsewhere that actually has the time to answer your phone calls and fill your prescriptions in a timely matter. This CVS location is incapable or unwilling to take the time to help the customers when they need it.

Not much help with printing and when bought a necklace the receipt printed out something different. So I hope it doesn't break cause my receipt says I bought a scrunchie. And I know it's the right receipt cause it's the first time I used my new card there.

They do not answer the telephone. EVER. I live in West Portsmouth and drove their while still on hold. They were ignoring my call. I walk in and bust them standing around talking. What if I couldn't drive there? Do BETTER, answer your phone.

I have been harassed by the specialty pharmacy for months. I don't even have service with CVS Specialty Pharmacy, never have any never will. I get called several times a day with no way to stop it. I encourage everyone else to tell their stories about this type of harassment. I just blocked them today. It's sad that it had to come to that. If they use alternative numbers, they will be blocked as well.

I love cvs but the one in downtown Portsmouth ohio is nice even thought the one curly haired blonde manager is very rude and acts as though some one is wrong for shopping and taking time to decide what they are going to buy and follows me throughout the store but if I asked where something is she has ignored me until she thinks I'm taking to much time shopping "the way me and quite a few others at different trips with me shopping have been treated " then abruptly and rudely says exactly where. They Isle is as I begin to uncofotably make my way to checkout with her on my heels without even asking if we needed any help other then that specific manager all the other employees seem to be very help and pleasant but also seem to feel uncomfortable with this specific managers actions of rude service and I feel like all the other stores are employees are wonderful and pleasant
