I had bought a vehicle from there, a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and as I drove it home it had broken down on the side of the road very cold outside with baby in car. I did not hesitate to call them and there was no answer. I had called a tow truck they got it picked up the next day from my house got the vehicle fixed. I daily drive it and broke down once again after having the vehicle for only 2 months, they will not fix it, my "only vehicle" I had contacted them and all answers pointed to no. I do not recommend buying a car from them, you will be left in the dark. They do not and will not try to help you. I understand I bought it as is, but I was basically sold a lemon.

Contacted Austin Howard at Glockner Chevrolet in Portsmouth Ohio about ordering a New Corvette Stingray. Austin told me that they did not have a Corvette Order Allocation, but he would call me when they did. On February 16, 2023 Austin called me with the good news. I supplied Austin with the Chevrolet Corvette Website Complete Order Information on the car I wanted to order. Also, I supplied Austin my latest FICO Credit Report showing a Score of 806. Excellent Credit to qualify to order a New Corvette. Austin called me back and informed me that Glockner Chevrolet wanted a $10,000 Deposit to place the order. I asked Austin to please get with his Sales Manager to see if that deposit could be less since most New Car Dealers request a $500 to $1000 Deposit when ordering a New Car. The New Corvette Ordering Process after the order has been accepted by Chevrolet usually takes 3 to 6 months. (Holding my $10,000 Deposit for 3 to 6 Months) After this conversation Austin would not return my calls, my texts or my emails. Two days later I finally got a hold of Austin Howard on Saturday February 18th and he informed me that "my allocation" was given to a customer in Kansas. I am a local customer and we agreed on a purchase price of the MSRP Price Sticker. The Sales Manager at Glockner sold "my ordering allocation" to make more profit to someone in Kansas...Glockner has a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT Coupe on their showroom floor that they have now in the last few days increased the MSRP Sticker Price by $10,000...I have been buying new cars for 50 years and I have never been treated like this...It was never about the $10,000 Deposit, it was selling "my allocation" to another customer several states away in Kansas to make more profit. I will never again buy a car from Austin Howard or Glockner Chevrolet in Portsmouth Oho.

Been looking for a Toyota Camry since August 2021 and I finally found the one I want at Glockner. I sat down and talked with Danny and he helped me get the car I wanted. They have friendly staff and I can tell that they enjoy their job, especially if a customer drives away in their new car. So if you're looking for a car for a good price, go to Glockners in Portsmouth. They will treat you right.

Dee Green is always quick and efficient. I use the parts department monthly for keys for repossessions and he always takes care of me.
