Very rude manager(Connie) . My mother bought an out fit for my son along with a few other items. The clerk didn’t put it in the bag. And she asked if I could run up to get it with a picture of the receipt because she live in Huntington and was just up here visiting. The manager was very rude said we had to have it in person. So my mom went to the Southpoint good will, they verified the receipt and called her boss and they both said to let me pick it up. She still refused and said if she didn't drive up herself (an hour drive) they would put it back on the rack.
Thank goodness the south point location believes in customer service and doing the right thing. They ended up giving my mother a gift card to cover the item.

Connie is a jerk. My family bought a pajama set for our son they found there. The employee did not put it in the bag and she acknowledged this. And she will not release the item to us without a paper copy of the receipt. We have a pic of it because the family member that bought it lives in Huntington so I’m not realistic to go get it for a $8 pajama set. I understand now why this store has such low reviews.

Went in to buy some clothing and found 3 trophies I thought would be fun to use on my kids and my wife found 4 clothing peaces 2 shorts and two shirts. Trophies marked at 99 cents. And the total was 49 dollars and some odd cents. So I told them they could keep it and went and bought some new clothes at new retail stores and saved money and got more

Posted hours show that they close at 8pm today. Arrived at 6:26pm today and they were closed. For an organization focused on providing job skills they aren’t setting a good example.

Honestly the saddest goodwill I've ever been too. They didn't have alot if it wasn't over priced clothing and it was very hot.

They close 15 mins early. They're supposed to close at 6:00 pm on Sundays and they started claiming "the store closes in 15 minutes" at 5:30 pm. Not rlly any good finds anyway
