Some things are just unforeseen. Elevators break down but if they bring stuff to my.attention on stuff that needs extra special care or stuff that they want done on the side.I don't charge no extra just to straight hourly rate I do my best go out of my way. For every customer moving is already stressful.I try to make it as least stressful as possible for customers.. a lot of companies have extra charges for this and extra charges for that. I don't. I do a straight hourly rate unless to have a safe pool table. Piano hot tub large arm walk extremely large toolbox.
