My wife who has had a storage unit at Shawnee Self Storage for nearly 8 years. This past week, she emptied her unit and went to close her account today. They charged he a $80.86 for next month because we’re 1/2 way through August. That is total BS.

Talked to someone on the phone, answered my questions, very nice. Best part was they sent me a link to rent the unit of my choice, provided the lock, got me the combo - in just a few minutes, no extra trip necessary. Way easier than I expected, and surprised when they even followed up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!!

This is a great way to rent a storage unit! Basically do everything online or phone! This is good for busy schedules and the unit was bigger than I thought it would be! I recommend Shawnee Storage!
