I called and they told me that a thin out would be 16.. super nice about it... so I went and walked in and then they told me it would 18.. that was fine but how they came off was really mean... so I left... I don't know why people treat others like they did but I will never go back here.

I was in Portsmouth for one day and had time to waste, so I stopped in Upper Cuts to see if I could get a cut. They got me right in and the lady did a fantastic job (I forget her name 😬). I've gotten so many compliments! The people seemed really fun and like a place I would love to get my hair done all the time!

do not go here unless you are a regular customer and are satisfied with your results. all i wanted highlights and left with $215 down the drain and melted hair. i was NOT told that my hair would break off and i was told it would be a $70 job. instead of refunding me for the cut i had no desire to have but instead had no other choice because of the extreme damage that was done. & instead of taking her time, she quickly chopped through my hair leaving me with the WORST cut and color i’ve ever received. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
