I think his name was Chad?!? His employee number was 209032 (on my receipt). Great guy! Very friendly, very nice, and quickly and painlessly walked me through getting my paperwork notarized. There was a female working also, they were both very friendly and just as I was filling out my paperwork the store filled up with customers, they both handled everyone with warmth and professional courtesy. I honestly didn’t want to leave!

The staff working here are ignorant and incompetent. I purposely called before heading there to make sure I could overnight a package. I walked in and told them that’s what I needed. About 5 minutes later after they put in the info, they said they couldn’t overnight because of the weekend. I said I called and specifically asked if they could and I was told yes. She said “ Oh yeah that was me you talked to, but I was wrong. Hahaha” No apology or trying to help since I had just driven 45 minutes to make sure I was there before noon. Terrible staff

Family received box. Candy was spilled all over bottom, chocolate was spilled. Bags that candy was in was missing. Box was way larger than needed be. Box was not damaged and the cookies in a bag were not broken.

Young lady behind the counter was nice & very helpful. I wasn't sure about a cpl things. She really helped me out, made useful suggestions. Isn't in my general area, but would go back if in the vicinity.

The guy that helped me originally when I dropped off the package was great. Then they lost my package which shouldn't have been easily missplaced (24" long box/weighing 29lbs) . Tried to file a claim but keeps advising me I can't. I talked to the guy who took my package but all he says is he placed it for pick up. Sorting facility is no help, they act like I didn't even leave the package. I guess UPS of Portsmouth just losses packages or throw them away as they wish. Maybe this 1 star review will get someone to actually call me back or accept responsibility for what they done with my package.

Have gone here for shipping multiple packages over the years and have never had any issues. Customer service has always been great and they are quick to help you! I actually just got online to check their hours and happened to see poor ratings, so felt the need to provide feedback. I’d choose them over FedEx, any day! Keep up the good work!

This is honestly the worst place you could go about shipping out an item, for the second time, I've had a customer receive a broken item. Not only was my customer missing four brackets, but the box was also opened, resulting in damage to incredibly expensive emergency vehicle equipment. It's been made abundantly clear that this location has absolutely no regard for our first responders or the vital equipment that's intended to keep them safe while working emergency scenes.

People need to go somewhere with these pathetic 1 star reviews lol! They were fantastic. Quick and easy for my Amazon return and they didn't even gouge me on the price of packing tape. Highly recommend!
