They have always been as quick as possible and friendly. I live 30 minutes from Portsmouth and I really miss the Lucasville branch, but that is not this branch's fault and they are very dependable.

From the branch staff to the fraud department everybody was super helpful when someone hacked my debit cards. They were quick to answer after message said there would be a ten minute wait time. I will continue using them as long as I live.

Not. Bad just long wait time but that can be expected near Christmas but I have never had any problems with them I'll give 4 stars
