i left work early on a Friday to cash a check. There were six cars in line in front of me, none behind me. They waited on the other six cars, came outside and told me, we are closing, you will have to use the machine. I told him, I am cashing a check, I can not do that. I have been in line 20 minutes, you have waited on everyone else. He turned and walked away. I called him a son of a bitch, got out of the car, and went after him. He ran back inside the bank, like a little girl.

Waited in the road to pull through the drive through for over 30 minutes there was 10 cars behind me and no one was moving. They need better service it was 2pm.

Worst US Bank branch I’ve ever been to. Waited 15+ minutes at the window while the bank was listed as “open” to not have a single employee address me.

I tried to open a new account on a Friday afternoon, but they had nobody working who could do that. So, I made an appointment online for the following Friday. I received a text telling me my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, the new accounts person was not available and said (via a teller) "I canceled that appointment and made one for Tuesday." How very nice of her. I replied that I could not come on Tuesday and that my appointment had been confirmed. I showed her the confirmation. I was told that they weren't that good with this new app...So we have a few issues here...1. They should have staff available to open accounts. 2. They should honor the appointments people make. 3. They should not cancel appointments and not inform the customer. 4. They should learn how to use new technology before offering it as an option to potential customers.... Perhaps there is another bank in town who actually serves customers properly.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the loan rep my dad dealt with. Led us to believe everything looked good to get a loan, and made us jump through a bunch of hoops, drug everything out for over a month before telling us no. Our hopes were up only due to what he told my dad about everything looking good. Then, came up with a bunch of excuses why he couldn,t give us the loan. Things that were not an issue in the beginning and middle stages of the loan process.

THEY CLOSE AT 4. Seriously?! US Bank is the least customer-friendly establishment I have ever been to. This place charges you for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. This awful bank needs a lesson in Customer Lifetime Value. Please save yourself some grief and do not ever bank here. They only make your life more difficult
