They had the correct size battery for my daughters car and they installed it in less than 15 minutes. I purchased Advance Auto gift cards at Kroger so I could get the fuel points so that was great too.

I stopped by here for wipers for my 2017 subaru impreza and it seems like the gentleman didn't know what he was talking about, because he goes "sorry you will need to go to the dealership to get new wipers, I can't help you." I've bought wipers before for the car so I end up just going to the Napa in powell, and lo and behold they had the wipers (26 inch drivers and 16 inch passengers side).

I’ve been here for two separate issues. The first was to buy and swap a battery. I asked if they would replace the battery for me and was told “no” because they’d have to disassemble the top portion of the engine bay to get the battery out…so I just did it myself in their parking lot. No disassembly required. The guy should have just said he didn’t want to instead of lying. Unless he doesn’t know how to swap a battery…The second was to get a new headlight bulb, and of course they sell the wrong size.Sure they’re nice. But honestly, I’d rather deal with someone who knows how to perform routine and simple maintenance on vehicles.
