Bridge has been extremely helpful with any needs I may have or any inquiries in regard to my finances. I have had multiple types of loans, cards, accounts, and have always been treated with the utmost respect and gratitude. I am thankful for everything that the team at bridge does for me!

DO NOT USE Bridge Credit Union unless you want to be stolen from, have your phone calls ignored or hung up on, given false information, get different stories from different people, have personal information withheld from you (which is illegal), and get treated terribly by their customer service.

Encouraged me to apply for a HELOC with virtually no suitability analysis, underwriters denied me due to debt to income ratio, and now I am getting bombarded with calls from shady lenders. Don’t encourage loan applications unless you believe it’s a suitable option for the person seeking the loan.

They will lock ur account if ur late on a loan payment not even by 1 full payment cycle u will be left with no money to use and be unable to get ahold of them except during business hours to fix it I will be closing my account as soon as my loan is paid in full

I had the Struthers credit Union for probably 30 years and not one problem bridge credit Union bought them out and I’ve had nothing but issues for the last three months or whenever they took over. If they had zero stars that would be too good of a rating for these people!! Stay far away if you know what’s good for you. I’m taking my money out and closing my account and going elsewhere tomorrow!!And probably calling the Better Business Bureau on them

The WORST institution to deal with. Praying on your lack of financial knowledge for their gain. Offering a 2,000 Christmas loan to an 18 year old waiting 6.5 years for the statue of limitations to sue me for the debt to “reset the clock”. sending me a 1099 to claim the $2,000 as income because they have wiped their hands with it. Still wanting twice the amount of the loan & an apology letter?! Absolute disgusting business practices and horrible people running this place. Bridge credit union actively Contributes to the worsening of this country with a page right out of wellsfargo’s playbook.
