Great service! I took my 15-year old Riccar in because it was making a terrible noise. They could have easily told me it needed replaced, but they didn't. They fixed it for a very reasonable price and it's working like new.

Took my carpet shampooer for a repair and they informed me I had a warranty that would cover anything wrong with it. The part they needed was no longer available so I got a new unit! Thank you thank you thank you! I almost just went and bought a new one!

First time I ever took a vacuum cleaner for service. Had a bad on/off switch. Charged me $20 to diagnose my old Dyson. +$40 for a new switch installed. Gave me a few other options that I opted out of. Friendly staff. Didn't try to swindle me. I'm happy
